Another big day in the life of Lilah Grace! Her second Sunday School treat. She was very very excited about today and was literally walking around on her tiptoes all morning and afternoon wondering when-oh-when-oh-when was she going to say her verses. She just couldn't wait!
She chose her outfit, a special sweater vest and hat that Nono knit her. And Piggy got to wear his (matching) scarf that Nono knit him too! Speaking of Piggy Boy, she even taught him to say his verses too! Heh! I just adore the voice she uses when she is talking for him, because of course, he has a different voice to hers!
I've added the video below of Lilah and Piggy as they practice reciting their verses. And underneath that, another video, this one is the real deal - standing on the platform at Church, saying her verse into the microphone. I had to talk her out of letting Piggy say his verse up there too!

ReplyDeleteOh my, I laughed so hard at Piggy's verse recital. Lilah is just brilliant and so brave to get up on stage and recite her verses. I love that she's learning the Word at such a young age. Hmmm I think Kerry's old enough to start learning some bible verses.
