c'est l'halloween!

It's that time of year again... and my little black cats couldn't have been happier!

Candy. Did someone mention candy?! There is definitely one sweet toothed child in our house, and it's not Lilah! In fact, Lilah, after about 6 candies, said "I'm fed up with candy!" She's got the salty tooth!

My girls had so much fun out trick or treating with our neighbours daughter, Zoë. They went around the neighbours we know really well, about 10-15 houses altogether and then came home to enjoy their loot. Actually, like last year, my girls favourite part of the evening was getting to see everyone that came to our door. I left them in charge of handing out the candy and they were really pleased. They were just so excited every time they heard the doorbell, it was sweet listening to them as they handed over the candy and shouted "Happy Halloween" every single time!

Lilah also had a Halloween Parade in school and many parents brought in treats for the class. From everything she told me, it sure was a fun filled day!

C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween! C'est l'halloween!

One of the songs Lilah learned at school.
Something about a witch on her broom, flying to the moon and then I get lost! In the end she (Lilah) is turned into a pumpkin!
It's Phebe and I's favorite, as you can tell from the giggling!
