We hear that little statement quite a bit in our house. It all depends who she's loving on.
If she's with Colin she says "Baba's dirl, don't tell Mama". And if she's with me, she says "Mama's dirl, don't tell Baba"! Right after she's makes that statement, meanwhile watching for the other (left out parent) to react, she'll look at who she's with and say "Oh nooo, Mama's/Baba's donna say WHAT?". And then she laughs and squeals.
I snapped these pictures at the breakfast table this morning. They show the bond these two share. Baba is her hero. They are the loves of my life.
I love that! And I love her shirt and the saying on it... too cute! It is great she is close to her baba. And her mama...

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel....Ed's the Great Love of my life, too, and now we have two little girls we've added to our magic. Sometimes I stand stunned in my tracks realizing how crazy-fortunate I am....I'll bet you feel the same way....
